From everything I’ve been able to play with so far FloridaGators is great. I see so much potential in the future with FloridaGators as well. Right now the focus seems to be on football which is fine, but I could see them adding more as time progresses. One feature I can’t wait to try is order food for pick up at the concession stands. This was a much needed feature and I hope it helps with the long lines on game day.

I so wanted to live FloridaGators since I’m an avid Gator fan living outside of FL. I’ve had FloridaGators for over a year, but have had repeated issues with FloridaGators not pulling up “News” or “Schedule” information on my iPhone 10. The connection on my phone is good for the other apps I have, but this one just sits blank 90% of the time. I receive all of the updates, so it’s not an issue of not downloading the different versions. I even resorted to removing FloridaGators and reinstalling it. That seemed to work for about a month before I encountered the same issue with its failure to load the “News” and “Schedule” features. Very frustrating to a Gator fan.

Everything integrated into one easy-to-use app!

The one thing that people would use this thing for - access to their tickets - is garbage. I can’t log out of the account I entered because there is no way to sign out, which is user experience 101. Even deleting FloridaGators doesn’t help because it automatically logs you back in to the same account when you re-install. If you’re going to force people to use virtual tickets at least try to make it so that the experience is a good one.

FloridaGators is awful. It led to missing an entire quarter of the first home game because FloridaGators would not load while trying to pull my ticket up to get back to my seat. The apple wallet feature doesn’t work, so there’s no way to pull your ticket up without using the thin-worn WiFi or cellular service. It has caused a lot of stress before and during the game. Something needs to change.

I accidentally signed in with the wrong Ticketmaster account and there is no sign out button so I can log in with the right Ticketmaster account and now I cannot access my season tickets. There is no sign out feature in FloridaGators which is pretty standard. This needs to be fixed soon, please. My tickets are mobile only!

Not terribly impressed. App loads slowly and is sluggish. The only thing that populated in the account section is the legal stuff. Other than the stats, info, etc, there’s not much there. Since I have paper tickets, all the hype about digital tickets is meaningless. There is no help or support tab. I’m at a loss to see the value of FloridaGators.

Mine has stopped working. I’ve uninstalled/reinstalled twice. Keeps saying I have no tickets but on pc they’re all there. And no other option for tickets right now means waiting in line at ticket booth to get sorted

Let students have the option to get tickets from the stadium ticket office! I’ve gotten student tickets each year, and its become almost a tradition to meetup with friends to grab tickets together. The apps good, but forcing change rather than easing into it is just plain stupid.

This is the worst update for sports I have. I primarily used FloridaGators to check for the time and place for any game of Gators- women and men. This update makes it SO difficult to find that information I can’t use it . This is a waste of time.

FloridaGators makes whatever Apps FSU or UGA might have look like pencil necked little geeks.

Right off the bat I noticed that logging into student tickets requires only an email address, no password at all... Really?? Cannot give credit to anything else in FloridaGators because this error is so egregious.

I’m not able to create an account. It only shows the legal policy on that section.

Awesome layout and user friendliness. Can’t wait to use it on game days in the Swamp.

Can’t seem to download my ticket, never had a problem downloading the old paper tickets. That, and it’s slow and doesn’t have very good security.

FloridaGators seems to handle football OK but for those of us with an interest in other sports it is sorely lacking.

loading tickets for home game 1 was a disaster, and TN tix will not load to Apple Wallet, as students were asked to do! It's absolute garbage! Fix it, Ticketmaster...or go back to paper tickets until it's right!!!

I don’t know who’s idea it was to make the tickets online but this ironically makes it more of a hassle to get tickets and sit with people. Tremendously bad!
