If this app has been suggested to track your workouts, don’t bother. I’ve been using this app for a very long time now all and it started my calisthenics journey. I completed today’s workout only to be prompted to join their paid membership in order to log it. I was able to track my workouts for years, and see my progress for FREE. The sense of betrayal I feel from this app developer is astounding. Fitloop hasn’t even been updated in years and you weren’t even able to create custom workouts anymore due to a bug on their website, but you could still find many to use. Now all of a sudden, they want start taking basic features like workout records and tracking away from loyal app users out of nowhere. Absolutely horrible business practice and no respect for their user base. Don’t download this app.
(NEW) Latest update, actually might have killed the app for me officially. No more light mode, and the interface got way too complicated, looks like every generic workout tracker app now. also custom workouts are still broken and cost money. Now I definitely have to find a new app

Pro: easy to use, tracks progress (paid version), embedded demonstrations of exercises, and intuitive guided routines that progress according to the recommended routine
Con: rest timers DO NOT work if you go to a different app or turn your screen off (I’m using iOS). I do not want to leave my screen on the entire workout and drain my battery. Please, devs, make it so that timers continue and timer sounds play even if the app is in the background or the screen is off.

The best app I’ve found for doing the Reddit recommended routine. It has an overall timer for how long the workout has been going, it has custom timers that operate within that timer, and each exercise can be punctuated by a quick timer.
It gives you your progressions in the form of skill trees, which is really cute and motivating. The whole app is intuitive to use.
Two things that could make it better:
1.) graphs! I’d love some alternate ways to visualize my progress.
2.) being able to edit existing workouts instead of having to make an entirely new one. The RRR defaults the Copenhagen planks to repetitions when it should be measured in seconds.
