You closed my local branch in Howell therefore I’m switching to Lake Trust.
MyFPCU has a sole purpose of updating you on transactions, transfers, balances etc but IT LITERALLY DOESNT. It’s 24+ hours behind on everything. It doesn’t even show your transaction after you submit one. The balances shown do not reflect an accurate amount. Not to mention MyFPCU DOESNT EVEN WORK OR SHOW UPDATES OF ANY SORT ON NON-BUSINESS DAYS. How can a BANK have such a terrible app.

This is one of the sloppiest apps I had be had to use. I want to be able to see all my account and pull statements. Where in the heck is that?

Mobile deposit is a joke. You can not deposit a check ever. It keeps saying endorse the check and I’ve endorse the hell out of it. Won’t work. Failed app over all. Poor quality.
I use MyFPCU all the time and I love it! However, I absolutely hate the new update. I can’t seem to figure it out and it’s so much more complicated.
It’s a great thing to be able to deposit a check from home when you have no way of getting to a branch location to do it. Unfortunately when I called to speak to a center representative she had no idea of who to contact regarding not being able to access my account from my laptop
It would be nice to be able to revisit things like terms and services

Because I work long hours the mobile app fits me perfectly. The new app is easier to get into and yet has security with the passcode in addition to the password and user ID.
