We Investigate the app owner's website (Ducapp.com), verify their legitimacy, and uncover hidden scams and complaints.
After several attempts to use DUCApp's service and writting to customer service I decided to post this review. This is probably one of the largest scams in the entire App Store. DUCApp technical support does not provide solutions after countless times of trying to register user, instead of having a better care of their users for having a frustrating buggy app all they do is lock your account while they still have your data. DUCApp in incredibly glitchy, it signs you out while putting in your data, when every field is filled it doesn't grab or save them, if you are in need of a technical support you can seat, wait and die because it will never come. This kind of trashy software doesn't even meet the standards of a poor business, quite frankly they shouldn't be permitted in DUCApp Store and should be removed.
No costumer support
Además que la plataforma carece de seguridad, la comisión es altísima. Ninguna plataforma cobra por encima de 20 dólares para hacer envíos.
1 juegan tu dinero
2 no responde los teléfono y los correos te dicen q son problemas térnicoss .
3 es una cartera victual que utilizan tu dinero para jugar con monedas virtuales de poca monta.
4 cuando depositas tu dinero, le llega el dinero a tu familia a los 10 días . A y una transacción cada 15 días.
En conclusión son unos ladrones
Cobran 54.82 % por cada transacción hacia Cuba . Quise enviar 100 doll para ponerlo en en la tarjeta de MLC y me quisieron cobran 154.82. Son unos estafadores
La agencia está bien siempre entregaron todo , pero la atención al cliente 1 (416) 992-4932 pésima ayer le escribí más 7 veces y me hicieron omiso ,, me ignoraron , pésima atención .

DUCApp seems to be nonfunctional. I call and email for support and I get no answer. No matter which prompt I follow with the automated phone system I get the same voice mail.
Not user friendly. How do you even navigate this thing. Tried many times to top and send money and couldn’t. The camera to take a pic of your card is front facing and faulty.
Really disappointed with DUCApp as it was recommended but doesn’t seem to work. I’m trying to send money to friends in Cuba but I can’t even complete my profile. I’ve had to input my info 5 times and still DUCApp won’t let me save and continue. I tried calling the number under help and that was a dead end. I am willing to change the review if I can get some tech support but as of now it’s no good.
Le 2 estrellas por la única razón que la recargas móviles son espectacularmente rápidas, pero todo fue bien asta el momento cuando desaparecen la monetización en MLC hacia tarjetas Cubana algo tan provechoso y necesario, además te reciben cryptoactivos pero cuando quieres realizar la operación contraria no aparece dicha opción, deben mejorar en eso. Saludos
Descargué el app pero no me sentí confiada cuando me pidieron mi número de licencia de conducir por eso son mis dos estrellas. No la llegué a utilizar, si alguien me puede decir algo sobre esto si le ha pasado y su experiencia. Gracias.

I was experiencing some technical difficulties transferring money. The technician Igor called me and walked me through the process. He even texts me to make sure I’ve done everything properly. Anytime I have issues I call Igor and he resolves the issue. I’ve done Home Delivery, MLC bank transfers, and it has always gotten to the right person even in the middle of the pandemic! I am trying to use DUCApp by first time, but the recipient in Cuba is not familiarized with DUCApp. Which is supposed to be the bank's name if I want to send money to a card? Filling that field is required. Thanks
