Close and restart the GoRemo app on iPhone
Update GoRemo app to the Latest Version for iOS

To resolve GoRemo network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent GoRemo app issues:

Force Stop the GoRemo App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click GoRemo app. » click "Force Stop".

Update GoRemo to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear GoRemo App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "GoRemo app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch GoRemo.

Fix GoRemo unable to contact server/ GoRemo internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click GoRemo » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got GoRemo » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch GoRemo on android.
