How to fix AVG app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the AVG app on iPhone
Update AVG app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall AVG iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix AVG on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve AVG network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

AVG Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix AVG not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the AVG App
1. On android, goto Settings » AVG » click [Force Stop]

Update AVG to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear AVG App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » AVG » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart AVG.

Fix AVG unable to contact server/ AVG internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click AVG » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto AVG » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
