I have been using this app for some time and overall, I must say, it's a well-designed app.
However, I've been facing numerous bugs which, unfortunately, have hampered my experience. These glitches have become a hindrance and are affecting the app's overall functionality.
What's more concerning is the lack of response from the support team. I've reported these issues for 2 months, but no any response. Prompt and efficient customer service is crucial in ensuring user satisfaction, and I hope to see improvements in this area.
