I turn on the VPN, but the download stops at the end and freezes

good afternoon last week i have sent to the customer support here and by e mail (ahmedjatib@redacted) to cancel my subscribtion as it was done through windows, but it still active?! any sugguestion? this was my e mail: please cancel my subscription, as i have subscribed on the website, and i tried everywhere to find how to cancel, appreciate your support to cancel from your end or to let me know how to do it best regards Ahmed

I cannot purchase annual vpn and it turns down my request for paying

VPN is getting connected but when I go on apps the VPN and wifi goes away! Please fix this
