I just want to delete my account. When i click on the profile icon. The app crashes. This needs to be fixed.

Used the app for months on different accounts, deleted each account after my free week ended. Now it won’t let me create an account. It says and I quote “You are not allowed to register multiple accounts on MDDate.” I don’t have ANY accounts on MDDate. I’ve emailed the support email so many times it’s astounding. I have gotten zero responses from anyone about my issue.

After I couldn't see any profiles last night around 1:30 a.m. (German local time) and my chat froze, I logged out. Since then, I can no longer log in (neither on Iphone12 nor on iPad), error message: the data could't be read, but isn't a correct data.
