Same as above but you want everyone on the team to maintain their own entries and see a limited view of coworkers upcoming vacations so they can plan coverage appropriately.

It only takes a few seconds to add entries to Jaunt and you now have a mobile, responsive and informative snapshot of who will be in the office over the coming months.

You create an org in the app and add profiles for your colleagues/employees and simply add their "out of office" entries into Jaunt once their time off is approved.

How do you do this? You can create a shared org passkey and blast it to your team so they can all download the app and enroll into your org.

I developed this app for small teams, departments or companies, as an alternative to trying to manage a shared "out of office" calendar.
