How to fix Litstick app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Litstick app on iPhone
Update Litstick app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Litstick iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Litstick on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Litstick network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Litstick Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Litstick not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Litstick App
1. On android, goto Settings » Litstick » click [Force Stop]

Update Litstick to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Litstick App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Litstick » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Litstick.

Fix Litstick unable to contact server/ Litstick internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Litstick » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Litstick » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Litstick
