I have called twice to transfer my points 1000+ points into one account as I had two accounts earlier
The first call was made on 30th July and the representative informed me within 72hrs and on Tuesday I called again they said for sure for the next 72hr and still not resolved I’m very disappointed for a simple assistance I need to chase your team
And I can’t submit my complaint through SephoraUAE it’s glitching

with each use SephoraUAE keeps getting more annoying.
1. home page is always facing technical issues, refreshing it doesn’t work. and my app is updated.

2. products say “available in store” i go to store, it ain’t available. similarly, it says “available for home delivery” yet it’s always out of stock. (don’t try suggesting the ‘notify me’ “solution” because i tried)

3. CASH ON DELIVERY IS SO SCAMMY. why do i have to pay 20 aed ON TOP OF the 20 aed for delivery just because i picked the cash option?? why should a 35 aed product jump to 75 aed total PLUS the wait?? personally going to the store is a lot cheaper and efficient!!

4. finally, the overall performance of SephoraUAE is so basic and rigid.

From Qatar,, I always order and they dont add any samples unlike orders from Saudi and UAE. I order and the they don’t ship with reasoning dangerous goods. They dont answer any complaints or solve it. Worst customer service

I love Sephora but SephoraUAE not so much the prices are so much more higher than the Sephora app the ordinary serums are about 12$ or 6$ and in SephoraUAE it’s 30$ to 40$ and yes Sephora is expensive but if you go to the Sephora app it’s 6$ this is a SCAM

At the actual store everything is usually $16-$6? But these prices are to high I hate these fake prices you guys just want money. Because these aren’t the actual prices! Thirsty!!!!

Why does it not let me choose USA as a country it is so annoying and I need us money to see how much it cost. It does not let me change it also my phone number I need 631 but it does not let me!!!!

Whenever I try to select the country for delivery SephoraUAE doesn’t allow me to do so. Why???

I was trying to sign up for SephoraUAE because the reviews looked good and I thought this was the real Sephora. When I got to the part to put my phone number in, I couldn’t because I could not find 908 (the beginning of my number) I do not recommend SephoraUAE what do ever!

SephoraUAE shows points earned then 200 points disappear to be converted into a voucher. The voucher takes more than a week to be emailed. In the meantime, the in store gifts are no longer available and the voucher has a validity of 3 months!!! What is the point of SephoraUAE of the we can’t claim the rewards directly and the voucher expires?!!

Compared to the service at their stores, Sephora app disappoints with its limited selection in all categories. Perhaps this still needs to be filled with details and data. SephoraUAE is not an alternative to shopping at the store, maybe here is the reason for the small inventory...

SephoraUAE keep crashing and not showing the specific brand we want or anything other than the sales even if we check for the filter to try to search for the product !!!! Please fix it

They NEVER have the rewards for reaching 200 points. Half the items are out of stock. You can’t use gift cards purchased in the store on SephoraUAE . In store experience is not much better. You can find the same brands elsewhere

SephoraUAE has not been working in qatar for more than 3 weeks now. everytime i open SephoraUAE it doesn’t work and keeps refreshing. i said let me wait till they fix this issue and it been almost a whole month now and its not fixed!! what is this!!

Something wrong with SephoraUAE , i have to delete and re install every time i use it !

Everything seemed perfectly fine and I love SephoraUAE but for some reason I can’t order Dior even if it’s in stock I just can search it whenever I do it says 0 results so Sephora please fix this🥲🤍🖤
