I have called twice to transfer my points 1000+ points into one account as I had two accounts earlier
The first call was made on 30th July and the representative informed me within 72hrs and on Tuesday I called again they said for sure for the next 72hr and still not resolved I’m very disappointed for a simple assistance I need to chase your team
And I can’t submit my complaint through the app it’s glitching

with each use this app keeps getting more annoying.
1. home page is always facing technical issues, refreshing it doesn’t work. and my app is updated.
2. products say “available in store” i go to store, it ain’t available. similarly, it says “available for home delivery” yet it’s always out of stock. (don’t try suggesting the ‘notify me’ “solution” because i tried)
3. CASH ON DELIVERY IS SO SCAMMY. why do i have to pay 20 aed ON TOP OF the 20 aed for delivery just because i picked the cash option?? why should a 35 aed product jump to 75 aed total PLUS the wait?? personally going to the store is a lot cheaper and efficient!!
4. finally, the overall performance of the app is so basic and rigid.

The app shows points earned then 200 points disappear to be converted into a voucher. The voucher takes more than a week to be emailed. In the meantime, the in store gifts are no longer available and the voucher has a validity of 3 months!!! What is the point of the app of the we can’t claim the rewards directly and the voucher expires?!!
