I have been spending many many hours today trying to get V1.0.7 of this App to work and can now certify that it is 100% defective, just like other reviewers have reported. Although I can see clearly that my Toothbrush does have an Internet connection (which was surprisingly easy to setup) but the App simply refuses to show any kind of brushing data. This kind of crap should never have been allowed for download by unsuspecting innocent users who have plunked down $200+ for this product. Oral-B customer support is basically non-existent, since all they do is “write down your data” and then tell you to either reset it or return the product. Another surprise was that they insisted that v1.0.7 is OLD version and I should be using v1.2.x GO FIGURE! SHAME ON THEM for subjecting customers to this kind of torture!!

My wife and I purchased a set of these from Costco. I downloaded the app. Instructions are numbered with diagrams that don't have any corresponding descriptions for features. The app can find my toothbrush but hangs at the setup step of "looking for smart charger". Apparently the regular charger isn't enough to use this much lauded feature. I have it a 1 star review for covering this already expensive tooth appliance with Bluetooth iconography when it's clearly a useless feature without buying an, I'm assuming, optional device. Thanks for a really expensive toothbrush that doesnt deliver.

I’ve been using this been using this App and the Device Belonging to It for a few months now, and I find, it doesn’t work... The App won’t let you have the settings such as: Renaming the Device & keep the color that you picked. I’ve followed all of the instructions to every word and I still have nothing... hope this is all fixed soon. Cause I may get rid of the Device and App all together. It’s just using extra space and power that I don’t need to waist.
