I have just had the app for 1 day, I want a refund...the app doesn't work, it is hard to understand and it is not at all worth the money.

I canceled this app and I was still charged $39.20. I want a refund. And FYI for anyone thinking about using this app, the app is ok, but they are a scam charging that much after you cancel the app. DO NOT USE IT.

I signed up for the trial and found that I'm not interested in using this app. Please cancel my subscription and do not charge me. If I need to call someone or email someone to complete the cancel process please give me that contact information or tell me how to get this cancelled before I am billed.

I contacted Simple through their app on google store and told them to cancel my trial with in 2 days of sign up. I was billed after the trial. I have never received any feedback as to whether they had done as I asked.

Used to be great

This app used to be great, but recently there are frequently days where I go to stop my fast from the previous day only to find that the log has reset and it is no longer tracking my fast. Rather than say “end your fast” it says “start your fast” even though I started it over 16 hours ago. Very frustrating and kinda makes this app pointless if it’s not tracking my fast properly. Hopefully this is a recent bug that can be fixed, because this app used to be so helpful.

Disappointed

So many days, I know I end the fasting only to come back around the time I want to start fasting and it says I never stopped it from the morning like I did. I am quitting using this app. It isn’t helpful.

I like but difficulties

I appreciate this app and use it daily. However the days and times get messed up often. The “today” option might actually be yesterday. Maybe it’s an easy fix like its on the wrong time zone or something. I’m not sure but I’ve just adjusted for the most part.
