I was loving InsituArtRoom! I’ve recommended it to many of my friends. But then it suddenly stopped recognizing my subscription and only gives me access to free rooms. I’ve attempted to contact them twice with no response. I’m ready to cancel my subscription and spread the word.

Although I paid for a subscription it’s constantly not allowing me to access the premium rooms. I got it resolved and then it just does the same thing. Following the instructions of clicking restore purchases doesn’t work and I waste unnecessary time reaching out to support to get it resolved. Meanwhile I’ve been paying for service I don’t get. Not happy! It’s a beautiful app when it works.

The room settings are beautiful, although I wish there were more diverse choices for small paintings. Still very nice. The problem, and it’s a major problem, is that InsituArtRoom is so glitchy. A bad experience every single time!

I just cannot figure out how to use InsituArtRoom. I successfully uploaded an image but I’m not able to do much more than that, for instance to remove the image I uploaded, or do any changes to the image itself like cropping (which I’d expect to be a feature).

Very nice rooms but too bad non of the options for color, brightness etc actually work. And everytime I got to mockups it closes me out InsituArtRoom . Wont pay for this again next month

I used to be able to customize the color frame and mat I wanted for my painting; it recently changed to just light brown color frame and black mat only.

The color change feature no longer appears. This is a limitation. Why?

I would suggest just a little more instructions.

Am subscribed and love the variety of art rooms available. I gave 4 star because as a subscriber I expect HD image quality once saved — image is disappointingly blurred. However, great app!

I love InsituArtRoom. I have been very happy and I find InsituArtRoom to be outstanding.

I have been doing wall mock ups on my computer and having to search and search for rooms that I like. InsituArtRoom makes it so easy and the rooms are fabulous! I am very picky about what my rooms look like and I am thrilled with the ones in InsituArtRoom! I love that you can change wall color and frame colors! There are so many frame options to choose from! I have not run into any glitches yet. InsituArtRoom definitely makes it easier to show what I want my clients to buy, which is physical prints. I am seriously excited to have found InsituArtRoom!

Five Stars for InsituArtRoom! I enjoy all the options of rooms, frames, sizing and ease of use. It really helps my Fanbase to envision what the artwork looks like in a room.

Easy to use and offers great quality product. That's what I expected.

Amazing. New interior backgrounds are released every month and premium users have unlimited access to all the room displays.

Love InsituArtRoom and the rooms. It’s frustrating that I paid for premium and InsituArtRoom shuts down when scrolling through room photos.

Daniel responded right away to the problem I was having and fixed it immediately. Excellent customer service and great rooms in InsituArtRoom .

I’m giving this 5 stars because it’s super easy to use. The interface is super simple and there are lots of beautiful rooms to choose from.

What would make it better?
I would like to see which rooms are free and which are premium. Right now you don’t know until you tap the room.

I would like to put more than one painting into the room. Right now you can only hang one painting.

I would like to have the option of framing a painting and then putting a shadow behind it. Right now it’s one or the other.

But all in all for the ease of use this does it!!

InsituArtRoom is the simplest of all the apps I’ve used. It has three free rooms but very simple and at least one appropriate for large, for medium and for a small artwork. It literally takes less than a minute to get it done and it’s got nice frame options too.
