Word Checker (for Scrabble) Reviews

I am trying three other dictionary apps only to be frustrated. I frequently play scrabble against the computer and the definitions here are brief and to the point. I love, love, love WordChecker!

Here are a list of problems I have,

1st problem I have is the tokens, it says I do not have enough and to watch a five second ad to get five tokens. Fair enough but when I click on the video choice instead I get an at least 15 second ad instead of five for the same thing and I am NOT paying for WordChecker

2nd problem is that when I go to the settings I do not know what the toggles are so I can not really know what I can change with WordChecker for me

3rd problem is that when I want to see if a word is valid one of two things can happen,
1st thing that can happen is I get kicked out of WordChecker when I try to see what it means and the word is not in WordChecker where I saw it two seconds ago.
2nd thing that can happen is I see an ad the second I see if it is valid or not and then after the ad or when I click the x button I get kicked out and it is infuriating and like I said I am NOT paying for WordChecker

Annoying to have input disappear after a short time of being minimized. Either extend the time, or retain so we can cancel the next time we use it.

Very useful but the ability to create update and save word lists and anagrams would be a homerun! But love it!

Within one or two minutes of using WordChecker opened an ad with music. I didn’t mind the rotating app in the middle of the screen, and liked the result of first few searches, but making noise I couldn’t figure out how to stop was an instant delete!

Besides definitions, can find anagrams, and keep lists of common word combos for Scrabble - a handy tool for those of us who like a little help sometimes ;)

I put this right next to my Words With Friends app and refer to it all the time. Great, quick help with finding the right word..

Have been using WordChecker for quite a while set to Collins 2019. We also use 2 versions of the official scrabble dictionary. We have found words that are listed as accepted in WordChecker but are not listed in either dictionary.

Easy and comprehensive word search

Good simple scrabble dictionary. Would love to see horizontal support added. Also clean up bugs with invisible text next to toggles. Also more definitions

Would like if the anagram section was the first screen to show.

It didn’t transfer my Lists from my iPad to my iPhone.

Word checker plus a basic definition of the word is all I need. Great little app!

Miss two letter list in older/other scrabble dictionary

But what am I so afraid of.

I loved this so until the recent update. It automatically clears after being minimized for a few minutes. This is annoying. Please fix it.
