How to fix Tekion app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Tekion app on iPhone
Update Tekion app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Tekion iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Tekion on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Tekion network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Tekion Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Tekion not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Tekion App
1. On android, goto Settings » Tekion » click [Force Stop]

Update Tekion to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Tekion App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Tekion » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Tekion.

Fix Tekion unable to contact server/ Tekion internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Tekion » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Tekion » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
