Really helps!

I’ve been trying to get better with self care and daily things to help me get into more of a routine, this app really is helping me with that. I didn’t know about it before Jake and Marie talked about it, but I’m so glad they did. I feel like with the alerts I’ll be sure to have a healthy daily routine down in no time!
