Made a payment via my debit card for a flight they said Iโm going to need a transit visa for and had to be canceled and rebook another flight. I decided not to use them again and request for a refund for my money that wasnโt used for any ticket and they said I have to wait for over 2 weeks to get my cash back. Spoke to an agent and the useless lady even hissed and ended the call. I will never use them ever again. Rubbish
