They charge almost 50 cents per minute- 3 to 4 times more expensive than their competitors. Getting an Uber is much cheaper. Not to mention how they are being left in the middle of sidewalks everywhere- a tripping hazard for pedestrians and cyclists. Nobody is wearing a helmet on them and they go just as fast as bikes but have smaller wheels making them more dangerous to ride than bikes. People are extremely reckless with driving adding to the danger. It’s inevitable that someone will start throwing them off the piers in canal introducing a BIG pollution problem that could be harmful to the ships as well. The GPS on the app is faulty too.
Please do Duluth a favor and don’t get this app or support this company. They are making our sidewalks more dangerous and scooter pollution will get out of hand if they decide to expand.

My scooter, while at 100% battery, would shut off whenever I would be traveling at max speed for more than five seconds. Half the time, my scooter would go far less than max speed with the throttle pushed all the way down. Furthermore when I was having payment issues from me being overcharged on a promotion, I left a message on the app (there is no actual telephone number) to let them know what the issue was and they never got back to me. It’s been about two weeks since this happened and I’ve left more messages but it seems that the two college kids running the entire thing are ignoring me.

They took 20$ from me because they didn’t charge me through the money I already had on my account. Instead, they charged me a whole new payment for my ride instead of withdrawing from the money I had put on my account for future use.
