How to fix LaKart app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the LaKart app on iPhone
Update LaKart app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall LaKart iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix LaKart on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve LaKart network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Fix LaKart not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent LaKart app issues:

Force Stop the LaKart App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click LaKart app. » click "Force Stop".

Update LaKart to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear LaKart App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "LaKart app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch LaKart.

Fix LaKart unable to contact server/ LaKart internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click LaKart » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got LaKart » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch LaKart on android.
