My kuda account got locked temporary without having any issues. Need the money inside the account urgently. Already mailed the customer service but no response and even texted you guys on WhatsApp but no response yet. Pls kindly resolve this asap. Bc this brought a disgrace to me to be honest. A fraudster who retains an account with you by name Olorunfunmi irinyenmi account number 2008647069, was so heartless as to steal my phone on my mum's funeral and fraudulently transferred N200,000 from my Access bank account (Chukwuma Njoku 0033671902) to his above mentioned account with you Kuda microfinance bank. As if the damage wasn't enough he went ahead to do a cardless POS withdrawal of another N150,000 totalling N350,000 in all. Pls apprehend this fraudster and have my money refunded to me I beg you. I've had my bank Access bank send u and official mail which you are yet to respond to. I hope I don't have a heart attack before u decide to respond and act accordingly. Pls treat as urgent. I added the sum of #100,000 with a polaris bank card on my Kuda app. It showed the transaction was successful and the the money was debited from the card immediately. This transaction occurred since oin the 9th of April . I messaged your customer care immediately but am yet to get any response on how the money got missing. It wasn't reversed back to the account where I added the money from and neither does it add to my Kuda balance. I need this to be rectify with immediate effect . tpThank you

Hello I'm Faith Kedono Edeh. I made a payments with my GT mobile app and I didn't get the value of the transaction.I I'm now seeking for a charge back. Insme is a fraudulent platform and they scam many people they closed their website and there's no way that people can contact them that's why I request for the charge back.
