The new update is very frustrating. My data doesn’t save half the time, so I’m constantly having to re-enter it. My notes don’t save 100% of the time. It deleted measurements that I don't have saved anywhere else, so my progress isn’t correct.

Can never get SeismicApp to function properly. So often, I get a white screen that circles and circles, or I can open SeismicApp , but can’t navigate anywhere else from the home screen. When opening my logs, it frequently opens on random dates (like 10 days prior). Have to be sure to double check that the macros I’m looking at are actually for that day. Doesn’t always pull logs from MFP over.
It’s really just not friendly. I LOVE macro tracking, the results I’m getting, and my coach. But SeismicApp alone will be the reason I try a different tracking method after my 3 month commitment/purchase is complete.

SeismicApp opens to a white screen unless I reboot my phone. Can’t get to any app features.

Transferring over from the website to SeismicApp was seamless, and SeismicApp is so easy to use. Messaging with my coach and completing check ins are less time consuming because of SeismicApp . The integration with MFP makes updates much easier than inputting raw data from meal to meal.

I love using the Seismic app to check-in with my Nutrition Coach every month. It’s seamless, easy to use, and I have all the lifetime data to monitor and objectively assess my trajectory in reaching my health and fitness goals. Can’t wait to see what else SeismicApp can do in future versions!

SeismicApp rocks. It helps keep you accountable, tracks your data in coherent ways, and takes into account things like behavioral roadblocks when dieting. If there was a 6 star feature, I would crush that button so hard I get carpal tunnel.

The absolute BEST app to get you to your health and fitness goals! You can’t beat one on one coaching and SeismicApp makes the process smooth and simple. Comparing before and after photos is one of my favorite features!
