VicoHome Status

I have had 2 Vico cams for a while now. At approximately 8:30 this morning, they both simultaneously stopped recording video. I uninstalled/reinstalled the app, made sure all the settings were correct. made sure both devices have a strong wifi signal, and both have plenty of battery left (one is plugged in to an electrical outlet). Neither camera will record anything.

Device seems to record but stays black when I hit play. Says there is an update but device will never connect to WiFi. Worked fine for months till now.

I can’t download firmware update to my phone

I can find my cameras on filter but when I go home none of the cameras are showing. It says set up a camera? what is happening to this app?

I pay for the back up service but the month of September is missing completely. Also is there a way to bind my cameras to my phone only

When I scan the code to add a friend it says says invalid what do I do

Battery is only lasting 4 days after a full charge

All my cameras say off line. They show a signal strength from my wifi. They have functioned in the past without a wifi, but wifi is better.

Good day am trying to share and getting Invalid QR code

There seems to be a problem using Vico Home (G-HOMA Battery Camera) and the new IOS 17 Iphone Software. I am using an Iphone 12 pro with IOS 17. As soon as the camera is activated with movement the volume of all notifications/ringtones is turned right down to the lowest level, and can only be restored by turning off the phone (soft reset) after disabling attention aware features on the phone. Obviously, not good.

Wants to upgrade, continues to time out and fail on three cameras

Camera has great picture picture but only records for 20 seconds and then is several minutes before it records again. I need it to record as long as there is motion in the yard then record the next time motion occurs even it it only a few seconds later. My VicoHome phone app will not let me download or share video. What can I do to fix this?

Camera is recording cars passing but not people . I tested it 10 times . I went into recording area and no record of myself . Sent others there and no recording . But a car passing it records please help me I want to get another one for the front bit until I solve this I need to hold up

Camera won't reconnect

How can I delete all of my videos? I’ve tried the following and it doesn’t work: 1. I select the check box at the upper right, so that I can 2. Select all at the upper left, 3. So that I can delete all And it doesn’t work. Until I can get this to work, VicoHome camera is useless.

Unable to delete individual captured videos. Delete button/option is not available. I can format the SD card, but that should not be the only option. TY

my vicohome security isn’t recoding nd i have the Plus subscription i have my camera inside my window facing my parking lot nd someone has put a dent in my car nd my vicohome camera has failed me cause it didn’t record anything

i am still trying to get the camera to iinstall on my phone for the app but it keeps saying that my password for the internet is wrong and it is correct, i have reset the camera several times and it will not accept the wi-fi password that i have on my wifi i need another camera or help with this one. i just received the camera.

My camera seems to not be recording or sending me notifications when I am not at home. I am finding huge gaps between recordings corresponding to times when I am not home.

My Vicohome security camera bought in Oct 2022 not turning on even after connecting to charge. Looks like it is dead. Pls suggest the way to solve this.

Recording only for 15 second max how i can fix that? I keep setting it on 20 seconds and the setting reverts back to 15.

Hello, I installed my camera and use the solar panel for charging. It worked fine for about a week but now it keeps dropping the signal. Nothing has changed with the internet or location of the camera. I've had to take it down multiple times and reset it, and it'll work okay for a while, but as soon as I connect the solar charger back up to the camera the signal drops again. I tested it multiple times and it's definitely something with the solar charger. How can this be remedied? Thanks!

I'm just about ready to return this security camera because of the lousy Vicohome software. I cannot install it! I downloaded the software to my mobile phone. The mounted camera seemed to work at first, but then when I needed to use my mobile phone to talk on the phone and do other things, each time I opened the Vicohome app my camera glitched out, malfunctioning and needing reset. So I decided to uninstall the Vicohome app and install it on another mobile phone that I had sitting idle, to have a dedicated screen that I didn't have to mess with. But every time I try to download the Vicohome app now, it won't let me, saying that I already installed it. I don't have Vicohome installed right now on any of my phones, and the camera is useless right now. The Vicohome website won't allow me to download the app. So I deleted all of my temporary cache and data files on my DuckDuckGo browser, but I still cannot download the VicoHome app, because it says there are no eligible apps to install. I reset my camera button, and when that didn't work also cycled the power button, but nothing works. Thank you.

Hi the recordings are only 10, 15 or 20 seconds, which generally only captures the beginning of an event. The detection is set to high sensitivity however i have events that are unrecording such as a car begins to park, then recorsing stops ... there is no event with the exiting of the car etc.. another car is in the live feed but there is no event to show how and when that car arriived or anyone exiting. There are actvities obvious unrecorded.

When I try to login it asks me for a verification code but it never comes to my registered email. Then I checked my spam folder and nothing there. Why can I not get into my own account ever?

I installed the newest firmware update last night and now library saved videos won't play from the day before.

Just bought two solar panel cameras and they've worked fine for the last two weeks. Today, they've suddenly disconnected...although the signal has been fine and the signal strength at the camera positions has been recorded Strong! I've deleted them both, reset them and tried to reconnect but they keep failing to connect to the Hotspot, and multiple times I get the "Cloud Services connection has failed and timed out!" on both cameras! I'm lost and frustrated!

Attempting to share camera but the phone to which I want to share the camera won't accept the QR code displayed on the admin phone.

Camera is connected fine and I get LIVE video but it is not saving video clips to the library. My first camera is working fine in all areas but the second camera is the one not saving video comments. Does that require a second subscription?

I purchased 4 cameras. I have not created account yet. How do I silence the siren but still get notified of person, pet, etc. on my phone. I had to turn them off because siren is too loud. I just purchased them.

Camera stopped working. Ding ding all it will do want connect

My live feed does not work keeps timing out. It did work for a few minutes but stopped. All three cameras are connected to same network, wifi signal is "Strong". Notifcation videos work fine just not able to live feed. Have checked all modem permissions to allow video feed and they are set correctly. What am I missing? I see that this is a problem in reviews now that I read more. Please help, Kirk

i like your product one of my cameras . the inferred does not work ive tred setting the light setting the same as the other camers that works . but the camera in front yard will not . work the inferred . day time great get all my notifications no complants . just at night time i can not see anything . .. i bought thease for my elderly parents . please help me . ive tryed evry thing i could think of . please

My cloud recordings have started being wiped overnight. I .on a plan so should have 15 days. This has been perfect for a year and now I heat up each morning loads of notification but not recordings saved and previous day wiped completely. Can anyone help?

Whom may concern ....just bought the camera and I open the app on my phone but it wont let register ...because the app is not letting me accept the user agreement and Privacy policy at the beginning of the app I do chose accept ...and after that still wont let register keeps sending message must accept user agreement and policy... I purchase 3 cameras doesnt always alert me on motion me neighbour has been to my property x 3 and it doesnt pick him up at all 0451810833

Today for the first time my camera started to have issues. Firstly it did not pick up my postman as it usually does. Then it was okay for a few hours and now it is sending me alerts every few minutes saying motion has been detected but there is none - I've even turned off the car notification just in case it was picking these up in the very distant, which it had not done before.

I bought this security camera.... I have a brand new cell phone. Please help. Thank You.

The audio sound is not clear when listening or recording audio. It sounds muffled and distorted. Can this be corrected?

I’ve had my camera for 30 days. At the end of the 30 days I chose not to purchase a plan. My camera almost immediately started sending notifications every minute and there was no activity whatsoever. I turned it off for a couple day hoping that would resolve my problem. That didn’t work so I purchased the 12month plan assuming my issue was because I didn’t purchase a plan. That did not work. My camera still sends notifications every minute when there is NO activity. I’m not very happy!

Hi. I had my two cameras for about 2 months and the sound alerts stopped working. I get the alerts but not the sound to notify me when it detects an object. It worked great for about a month now it doesn't. Could you please suggest what I can to do get sound back? I purchased basic intelligence premium which didn't do anything.
