Not a good experience. Booked for 2 but confirmation came back for 1. When I tried to add another golfer I could not. No way to cancel online. Called the golf course 24 hours in advance of my tee time to cancel. Golf shop confirmed I was cancelled but I was still charged for the round. I will never use ArcisGolf again to book a tee time!
Much worse than the previous Twin Creeks App.
Price is different between the two apps. Doesn’t always offer senior rates. 24 hour cancellation and prepaid credit card required. Can’t be used on prime days without an Arcis membership. If you can’t count on it, why use it? It’s better to call or use Golfnow.
Does not work. Once on phone you have to log in and it says must update. When you update it simply spins and never updates. You stay in a loop.
The whole Arcis technology experience from the website to ArcisGolf is awful. ArcisGolf is pretty useless. Can’t login to it.
App freezes when trying to login or create new account.
Glad that now it can be done one via app
Easiest way to make tee times. Lots of good courses.
Poor communication. I would ask a question and never get an answer. My club was not even listed as a participating club, though in fact it is. Never use them again. Prime example of a system perfect for AI. Employees should start looking for a job
