Get Pricing Info for AVANGRIDI have been calling for 4 days now and my issue is not resolved. I live in a duplex and when one side moves in or out the electricity gets defaulted to the landlord. My new neighbors moved in at the beginning of the month and you gave me a final bill and put there name on my unit. I have been calling to get this fixed because of your mistake and no one answers the phone and when they do they have no clue what is going on, and do not understand when I try to explain it to them. I know you can see that there are 2 units on your end and that it needs to be switched back to the way it was. This is the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I will be visiting your walk in location since the phone call seems to be too much for your customer service representatives.
I can’t believe the non-caring attitude that your organization has towards its customers. I called 4 different times last week with still no response from u… my phone number is (631) 294-7275
my new bill is 299.87 up from 15.10 . was on the phone for 1hr 15 min and no person.the circuits were checked no issues. nothing on or plugged in. past 6 months was good . i think the meter could use attention had a problem 3/22.had a few months 0 kwh 299.87 is a bit much.account #1005-3960-323
I have sent multiple emails and tried calling customer service with extended hold times in excessive of 1 hour. There are no options for call back either. I need to confirm that a smart meter will not be installed on my property at 138 Wood Road, Freeville, NY 13068.
Panko Electric with DeVincentis General Contractors is working on the renovation of the Dittrich Street Pump Station in the Town of Union in Endicott, NY. They need to disconnect the 200 Amp 240 volt service in order to redo and reroute the secondary distribution underground to the pump station, generator and control panel. Once they are completed with their work, NYSEG would need to reconnect the secondary service conductors to the existing pole lines. The owner of the account is Town of Union. The pump station is located behind the Gault BMW dealership on North Street in Endicott.

Why do we have to sign up for auto pay to view our billing history? You’re a monopoly you’re gonna get your money or we get to sit in the dark so let us view our billing history. You only come out to read the meters half the time it needs to be done, every time the wind blows over 2 miles an hour the power goes out but not before it kicks on and off a bunch of times power surging are meters costing us even more money for the initial start up of every appliance in our house.(This happens almost once a month) why don’t you spend a little money and start burying some of these powerlines and maybe create a job or two. You bleed the people of New York dry and do very little to provide A quality service. The reason I’m writing this review is because I seen the ad for donations from your customers for solar equipment. I don’t believe in karma but I got my fingers crossed right now. I hope nobody’s dumb enough to send you money to help you purchase equipment to charge us to use. How do you sleep at night. I hope someday you have to struggle like the rest of us do, paycheck to paycheck choosing light over food sometimes. Shame on you, shame on you. Make no mistake, my judgment Weighs very little to the one that really counts.

Every time I see an update I hope it’s to fix one of the many issues with the app. There’s no instant login, the bills don’t populate or notifications don’t come when to submit readings to list a couple basic issues. I still see only 1 bill from March and it’s September but have gotten paper ones. The meter readings don’t work most the time when you submit. Only decent feature is the outage map that shows you exactly what’s going on. The app is so poor that at that point you may as well opt for text messages and check the website for outages instead. I’ve been patient for fixes and it doesn’t seem to have improved so it’s getting deleted.

I downloaded this app because I was having issues with their website on my computer. I signed into the app and authorized FaceID. While setting up notifications it appeared as though it wasn’t saving my options. So that was confusing.
I then closed out the app and went to go back in to see if they saved and now I can’t even get past the login screen. No message or anything.
Does anyone test these things before they put them out there for public use?
