Account not verified after submitting all the required documents it's being a month now since the day i submitted but nothing is done about it. Fix it please i have my money there.

hello im trying to use the app for the first times and it sends me the verification code and when i input it, it says its an invalid code. this has happened 4 times. any hlp would be appriciated

Im unable to log in on the app due to the app requesting yo sned verification code to my phone but the code never arrives. Please help or advise?
