NeighborsCardManagement “glitches” every other week. I locked my card for security purposes and couldn’t log into NeighborsCardManagement to unlock it for 3 days. Finally got it to work and then it says it needs authentication? Why can’t this be incorporated into the mobile banking app?
is soo stupid to have a whole separate app to manage your card. seriously. card wouldn’t go through now instead of clicking a button on my current app i have to download this and sign up. all that could’ve been avoided. just stupid thinking on their part.
