Can’t confirm acct with system
Horrible app…will not even allow for account verification. Takes all personal info, accepts ph#, email , and name (everything they need to spam you) but will not allow creation of account and usage. Get Byrd, Lime, or Link instead and save yourself the headache!

Waste of life
App won’t let you create account. Only one person on the phone with no customer service. Call a taxi or walk or use any other scooter app. Absolutely waste of time.

Bad
Impossible to complete set up. Didn’t receive sms confirmation code and no way to ask to resend. No choice but to delete. Terrible app.
