A very crappy item I got it for Christmas and it takes forever to connect and the battery life is crappy

The drone is an absolute joke. I get this is more of a toy and not a serious drone hence the price point. But this was a scam to be honest. Two hours of charge time 5 min of flight. And nothing worked after the second charge. Honestly didn’t even get to use Propel1890 because the drone broke too soon. Spend your money elsewhere.

The drone first of all wouldn’t connect and we had to try it without Propel1890 and Propel1890 continuously kicked me out and it was Terrible and the drone was even worse, it can’t even go backwards and all it does is go up, disconnect and go back down, when it went down it disconnected and we had to spend another minute trying to connect it EACH FRECKING TIME. Also it won’t even let us control it even if we could get it up without disconnecting. It would just fly off in the distance at least 100 ft before it fell and damaging itself, then it would have to connect and omg the dang cycle continues. Total waste of money

Constantly crashes and it won’t even let me control the camera.

This is a prereview on your product! I was going to purchase your drone at Costco then I read the reviews and the developer nor the company seems to care or reply on customers feedback THEN why should I care and purchase this drone! They have not fixed the issue nor reply so then I will not care to purchase it! I also let 5 other customers standing right next to me not buy the drone as well! Please fix the issue and I will reconsider but not until then!

Propel1890 does not save pictures or videos the video quality is not what it looked like on the packaging and Propel1890 is not fully translated in English it should at least be able to select the language they thought that making it look like Apple on settings they did this but it also looks like a knock off nokia from 1999 they did like grown man making love to a midget they crushed it horribly bad. For the price DO NOT GET IT...

Drone is alright but takes some time to calibrate. Propel1890 shows it is recording video but doesn’t actually save them. Just a complete waste of time trying to survey damage to my roof.

No instructions, no manuals, website took 5 minutes to make, app probably less. Drone flies but is barely controllable. Save your money and get something better. This is yet another company that only cares to take your money with an untested product.

This is not working. The red light does not show up on the controller so I cannot even take of! Please fix.

The drone for the price is freakin amazing and if you could get a range extender for it then it would be much more expensive I think. Propel1890 does work for fpv, but recording video only saves the video maybe 1/5 times. Almost every time it will save a blank video with no picture and the other times Propel1890 just crashes and it’s like you didn’t record at all. Beings that there is no response at all I will search for a different app that works or buy a different drone all together. It shows the real lack of caring for your customers when you can’t even fix a bug or respond to a review.

Propel1890 made it harder & seemed to disable drone. Wish I hadn’t tried Propel1890 . Now how to unprogram it?

This is not a professional drone that is used for very high tech. This is just so beginners can learn basic things about drones. This is not for 8K 2140p this is 720p60, which is still average video quality these days. Although I agree with the 30 fps is bad thing, its not that bad. NOTE: I HAVE NOT TESTED THE DRONE YET!! THIS IS ALL BASED OFF OF THE REPLIES I HAVE SEEN OK!?!? Also i rated 3 star because i dont know yet.

It won’t let me control my drone from my phone

For those disappointed with Propel (AGAIN), as I was when I purchased online their X11 - only to get it, scan the QR Code and THEN find out “ Propel1890 NOT AVAILABLE IN YOUR COUNTRY/REGION”, which I guess is understandable, since I live in the small country not known to many others - - THE U.S.A.(!) - - the good news is, that YES, Propel1890 WORKS WITH YOUR DRONE! Maybe reconsider just making that QR Code direct suckers.. sorry, CUSTOMERS... to Propel1890..?
Seeing as how the other “WiFi HD” app that’s SUPPOSED TO work DOESN’T..
Just an idea..
It’d get 5 stars, but it was a pain in the @sterisk having to install ones like DroneLink, (your OTHER BLUNDER) Propel’s 1000 series, as well as 1/2 dozen OTHERS that ended up NOT connecting nor working with your “X11 MAXIMUM” that streams live HD video straight to your mobile device🙄... NOT IF YOUR APP IS JUST HYPE THAT DOESN’T EXIST!!

*People at Propel - you have a good drone; now find someone to write/create you an app to match it. The alternative is... well, like American car companies, before you know it, some OTHER company WILL - and for less money with better quality..

It’s a great drone for beginners and every thing works great other than the camera being a little blurry.

I don’t give a f about what the reviews say, this drone works great and so does Propel1890 .

For the low price of $40 don’t expect seamless video streaming. It does the job but is a bit choppy and can take a second to catch up. Other than that have some fun with it.

Highly recommend getting a controller because Propel1890 controller doesn’t work great. Other then that, the drone and controller work great. There is a slight issue with flying time but it’s still really fun to use. You get to fly with it for about 5-15 minutes before you have to charge the battery again.

So I just bought one of these drones at a local Target in my nearby area, and it works great. Very great. I think the only thing Propel1890 needs changed is controllers and some faster WiFi speed. The live camera is good, but needs to be a little more faster, so maybe 60fps instead of 30fps. This would improve the camera system and could make it a whole lot better than it is right now.

My camera won’t work on the phone. Everything is connected and turned on and the camera won’t connect ever.

I like the drone

Everyone that is saying it does not work is either telling the truth or just being dumb. Propel1890 and drone are amazing combined. The new Propel 1870 or whatever that name was is probably amazing too. I really love this drone and would rather buy this then an 120 FPS drone because this is cheap and has a decent FPS. My other cheap drones are $47-100 and are 10 FPS. Propel1890 and drone is amazing. 10/10
