I need assistance with my 2nd property integration.
I signed up for a trial with Guesty and now I can’t get into my Airbnb account. I’m locked out of doing any changes to my listing that includes turning off instabook. There is no customer service number. I am totally stuck. This company is a scam. Do not do it
Hi I signed up for the trial and never used it because at that time I was too busy. I cannot block my calendar and change my prices on Airbnbs website and I cannot unlink them. They only option it is giving me is to sign up for a year of their service and pay the full amount up front to communicate with them. I have tried numerous ways! There is no phone number, no email and even no real chat options. The only option is signing up for a year of their service! HELP!
I put through an inquiry over a year ago and never got a free demonstration or reply. I am very interested in signing up but there isn’t a phone number to call to help me get a demo or answer questions. Also, because I inquired earlier, the guesty system keeps sending me back to the site with no information, no demonstration, and no way to sign up. So far I have been unable to contact anyone. The site just signs me in and won’t take me off the home page to get information

Guesty was working fine for me for the first two months. Now, the calendars not syncing up property and it’s taking Guesty customer service over 5 business days to even get back to me about it. This is valuable time where I can lose money and guests. I don’t see myself keeping this much longer.

We were looking for an intuitive platform toy manage our Airbnb. This has a lot of functionality in that but lacks in a few areas. We love the income reports and scheduled messages. The inability to reach customer service immediately is frustrating as that is necessary at time when running a short term rental. Syncing the calendars when we added another listing cost us hundreds of dollars because dates opened up at a lower price when a previous guest cancelled. This could have been avoided if we were able to talk with someone when setting it up. We will try for a little longer but can’t say this will be our forever platform management app.

I like system enough but it has its flaws.
One of them being integration with VRBO’s calendar can’t completely match up with how far out you want people to be able to book. Another issue is the messages for cleaning crew aren’t clear and the wording is confusing. The real problem with the App comes with the customer service or lack there of. Eva and Emily B. act more like they are serving you fries at a fast food chain as opposed to helping you troubleshoot an app for you business.
