To make deposit would be easy. But to withdraw your money is the most difficult thing for them to do.
I made a withdrawal for almost 72 hours now and I still haven’t received my payment.
I won’t say more than this, but if you like your money, you know what to do.
Truly a horrible app. Crashes frequently. Multiple unnecessary clicks required in order to find useful basic info. No direct link to Client Manager via app. Poor Customer Service: slow response time to enquiries.
I am highly disappointed with this app services today. Their recent attitude of not crediting me after I made a sell is this appointing. They marked all sells as completed and they don’t want to credit my dollar wallet. That is so disappointing and and humiliating. They are halting traders from buying AMC and GME stocks. They kind of regulating me on a stock to buy and what not to buy. The risks is mine to bear and not theirs. So this app should stop that nonsense or we will have no option than to bypass this app and go to another brokerage firm. Thanks.
this app app customer service are the worst their hotline doesn’t work even the email they don’t reply. I submitted my identification for weeks and still no update from them I have tried calling their number it’s says the number doesn’t exist even customer support all is in-vain nothing from them and this is very heartbreaking .customer are always right.
It’s been almost 8 months and my identity verification is still “pending” on this app. I have contacted them but have got no feedback from them. Would never recommend to any other person.
Your app is so annoying, I make a deposit of #6045 in my wallet and it didn’t reflect till now ., and also your customer care are slow and wreck 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 still haven’t got my money or be able to start a trade .

As much as this app is a good platform to invest, the commission charged on each buy is simply ridiculous!
Buying a stock of $50 attracts a $2.5 fee. Same thing for buying a $10, $20 or $100 stock. If one has a budget of $350 loaded into their this app account and you buy different stock options you might end up spending $30 to $40 dollars just on commissions! Simply unfair and mind boggling!
Now the exchange rate to a dollar is another rip off on this app, rates are 403 to a dollar today, but as high as 411 to a dollar on Trove.
I increasingly feel cheated using this app.

Can you check the latest update, it's seems unstable in demo mode for IOS both iPhone and iPad.
Trove goes blank when you click on the portfolio in the demo mode.

A better job can be done in the time it takes to convert currency. 2 business days doesn’t make sense.

The layout should have information of old price, new price, rate I bought a stock, an hourly curve and key information in one page to make it easier. Going back and forth to find all these information is quite uneasy.
I literally abandoned bamboo, Chaka and rise for this app for a better experience. But, I’m not sure if I’m getting that.

this app is an amazing app, it’s investment scheme is very easy to understand, and you don’t need a lot of money to know how to use it, you can learn using a demo account then switch to a live account when you’re confident enough. Everyone should get the this app app
