My order from Autozone has been miss delivered. Order #152052270810. Driver admitted misdelivering our Autozone repair book. I paid for today delivery 3 hours later still no book!!!

I placed an order, the driver car was a white toyota corolla and his name Raphael. I watched him pull up to my house ON CAMERA and he sat in the driveway entrace, without getting out of the car. He then proceeded to drive off, made a u-turn in front of my house and left. I called his number immediately, he sounded suprised. I heard a little girl in the background. He placed 'order complete' and a picture of a bag in front of another house with a Christmas mat (IT'S NOT EVEN CHRISTMAS).!!!! hE HAD NO PLANS ON DELIVERING MY ORDER. i CALLED 7 eleven and now I must wait FIVE business days for my reimbersement. I WILL NEVER ORDER AGAIN, SO much dishonesty out here.

Place my order for water Burger and it's never been received. I called the restaurant no one's picked it up yet this company has taken my service fee my delivery fee and the tip that I paid the driver who's never come. So now I have to go pick up my food and I've paid double then what I should be paying no one answers the phone and no 1 replies this is a rip off.

Had a United delivery ordered, it was 30 minutes late, placed a call to United and they said it would be an additional hour late, therefore, we rescheduled the delivery for the next day. Received a harassing text from the skip cart driver. I need to know who to speak to about this!

Ordered through the Whataburger app and this is apparently who the order went though. Order was never delivered. Driver never replied to calls or texts trying to figure out what happened after this delivery service said the order was delivered. No communication, impossible to get in contact with this company and ended up having to go to Whataburger in the end anyways to pick up the order which meant more work for the workers who had already made the order once.

Placed order with whataburger on the site and the driver picked up our order cancelled and a new driver was assigned and when she came to pick up our order whataburger said it was already picked up, however the order was never delivered. The original assigned driver assigned must have stolen my food if they picked it up. When trying to contact whataburger they stated we had to go through skipcart and that skipcart would have to be the ones to request our refund or reorder and that they couldn’t do anything since the order was made and picked up which there is no proof of since it was never actually delivered to me and there is no phone number to contact skipcart directly.

I didn't receive my drinks are condiments that Whataburger gave the driver. She was rude, drove up with loud music, and left with an attitude after I told her to leave my order on my bench at my front door. She slammed my food down on my bench and walked off.
