I got an email from the VA this morning to try this app. After numerous errors trying to sign in, I finally get to the home screen, and it has me connected to Colorado VA instead of Arizona VA. I wrongfully assumed that if the VA was inviting me to use the app that it would be useful. Nope. Another waste of taxpayer dollars and more frustrations for Veterans.
Update (to developers response): If it’s not ready for everyone to use it, don’t notify everyone that they can keep checking to see if it might be useful. That further exacerbates the frustrations Veteran’s deal with daily attempting to get care from the bureaucracy that is supposed to be helping us. Advertise it to the users in the pilot program areas and save the national announcement for when EVERYONE can use it. Get someone ITIL certified to manage this deployment 🤬

Once again the VA finds a way to mess things up. Second time trying to use the app. Still can’t log in. Consistently getting an error. Yes the user name and password are correct. Yea you agree with that but no I still can’t use it. One more useless tool no one can use. Thanks for nothing.

First I took me about an hour to authenticate before it timed out (I tried authenticating it via several logins).
Than when I was able to securely connect (after 3 different “codes”) I was hold on the queue for 20 min before I quit.
Don’t waste your time this app…it needs to be developed a little more.
