It was easy and quick to get a diagnosis and a treatment plan, yet it somehow felt like the staff understood my struggles more than any other doctor I’ve ever been to, even in such a short amount of time. After days of having disrupted sleep due to racing thoughts, I decided to install this app. It was mainly for convenience, as I couldn’t find any local appointments in a reasonable amount of time. Not only did the staff reply immediately, but the assessment and video call were super in depth. The amount of empathy every member of the staff showed me made me feel so much better about the way my brain operates, and I’m so confident that this is the path to finally taking care of my mental health. with this whole pandemic, it’s was extremely hard for me to get into contact with my psychiatrist. i had called countless times only to be sent to the same automated messages. i had left 3 or 4 voice emails and didn’t hear back for about 3 weeks (while in a state of emergency battling my own mental health) before i decided to try this app. i downloaded the app and within minutes, i was talking to an actual person! such a sweet and helpful person. she gave me a mental health evaluation survey and within 3 days, i had a video chat appointment with an amazing psychiatrist Dr. Kumar. he is so smart and trustworthy. very quick at responding and i appreciate his help so much! this app is worth every penny! get it! right now!!

This app and these doctors have helped me get my life back. I lost the love of my life on May 28th of this year. I didn’t even know what agoraphobia was until my whole world came crashing down on me. I came across this app one day as i get very socially anxious around others so I was scared for my life honestly because I didn’t know how I was going to get help when I couldn’t bare the thought of having to meet a bunch of random strangers. The second I sent my first message I received a response right away. And I continue to receive responses and these amazing Psychiatrists always check on me.
