Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Realtree 365 app issues:

Force Stop the Realtree 365 App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Realtree 365 app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Realtree 365 to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Realtree 365 App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Realtree 365 app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
