PlayaBowlsRewards doesn’t sync up to online purchases. The cashier at the store will tell you as long as you use the same phone number when ordering online it will sync, but it doesn’t. None of my rewards for my online purchase been accrued. Big disappointment!

Hey I wish PlayaBowlsRewards is a lot better I wish you could add your credit card to PlayaBowlsRewards paid for the balls through PlayaBowlsRewards get points through PlayaBowlsRewards and then buy a ball the old card system that they had was a lot better it was 11 balls and your 12th ball free now it’s 13 balls in your 14th is free crazy but I’ve always loved the place and always made me feel welcome and I always collect a lot of points from them because I go there a lot I just wish it was a little better thanks

I like how PlayaBowlsRewards keeps track of your points but the points are not being calculated properly on the home screen. Please fix

When I order through PlayaBowlsRewards it has my name as ‘Customer’ which is confusing when I go to pick it up my order and the staff keeps reminding me to update my name on PlayaBowlsRewards . However, PlayaBowlsRewards does not allow for you to edit your profile info so I can’t put my name in. Maybe this could be fixed in an update?

App is pretty user friendly. A couple features to keep in mind for the future.

- include apple pay as a payment method
- store payment methods
- ability to set favorite locations and favorite
orders

I love that you can now order on PlayaBowlsRewards for store pickup. However I was not able to use my Playa gift card. I could only pay with a credit card

PlayaBowlsRewards is so helpful and tracks all of your points to get rewards. I even got a free bowl the other day😍😍😍

I love Playa Bowls and was so happy to find out they made a rewards app! Before downloading I had been using the punch card system. I was two punches a way from a free bowl and forgotten my card. I’m glad I won’t have to worry about any of that anymore. Plus they let me transfer all of those points once I did bring in the cards. Hope to see the menu (including the poke) and hopefully and online ordering system in the future!

i love PlayaBowlsRewards so much!! i have saved money, and have gotten coupons, which have saved me tons of money! some ideas could be-a free smoothie or bowl on your birthday, and free apparel if you gets. certain amount of points. plays bowls is one of my favorite places to eat; and PlayaBowlsRewards has made it easier. thanks playa!!

I absolutely LOVE playa bowls. I always get the Nutella bowl & it is always great. There are various fruit combinations to try. PlayaBowlsRewards is great, it gives you money off when you order, in other words it provides coupons. I love it!

I am so happy to find out that playa bowls has a rewards app. It’s easy to use. When you first get it, you get 15% off of your purchase. It’s a really convenient if you often forget your punchcard. 😁 very happy with PlayaBowlsRewards.

I love PlayaBowlsRewards so much!! It is very easy to use and it’s very helpful, but I wish it had the menu on PlayaBowlsRewards so before you arrive you could see the menu.

Playa bowls is truly an awesome place it has great food, the prices are a bit high but other than that it’s really a awesome place. The only complaint I have is that I don’t live close to them, I live fifteen minutes away

I love that you get a coupon for downloading PlayaBowlsRewards , and that the loyalty points are now digital. Maybe put the menu up there and give the option to order ahead and pick up in store? Also a nutritional fact guide of all the ingredients (just like how it is in the store) digitalized would be cool
