I get the email coupons but decided to download KidsBowlFree for easy access. KidsBowlFree downloaded but every time I log in using the same credentials from the website on KidsBowlFree I get an error message. I guess I’ll just stick with the email coupons.

So I updated my account for my “kids bowl free” account and added a family pass for this year. Decided to download KidsBowlFree for easy use for coupons and logged in using my account info but none of my coupons will show up. I did just get an email the other day for the coupons this week. Why can’t I see the same coupons on KidsBowlFree ?

Despite many attempts and password resets, KidsBowlFree simply doesn’t allow me to log in. No issues with the website.
Love to give a higher rating, but since KidsBowlFree simply doesn’t work, I feel generous with a single star.

Not sure why KidsBowlFree exists. I thought it would be convenient, but no coupons ever appear. I keep having to go to the website, where my account seems to have them. Why they don’t appear in my account on KidsBowlFree is frustrating at. A minimum. Harsher words could be used.

KidsBowlFree no longer lets me log in. I get an error message saying to try again later. I have uninstalled and reinstalled KidsBowlFree with the same problem. It worked fine last summer. My login works fine online but KidsBowlFree was more convenient. Hope this gets fixed soon

Always get the coupons via email for the last few years with my kids. Attempted to download and use KidsBowlFree on both iPhone (iTunes) and droid (google play) both have given same error. (There is an error logging in. Please try again) (this is with correct email and password confirmed on the website)... after several different days of trying and same error, I give up and am going to stick with the email coupons. Hopefully they can get KidsBowlFree fixed so we can show the coupons much easier on KidsBowlFree ! If KidsBowlFree gets fixed I will be happy to change my review!

App is very basic and works okay thus far. Not sure why I can’t search to view the participating facilities beyond the original I selected. Just links you back to the website which makes KidsBowlFree somewhat pointless.

App is easy to use, log in and show the bowling alley your coupons. I just delete it during off season since you don’t get coupons during the school year.

I got KidsBowlFree because it said we could access our coupons on it. NOPE! It doesn’t.

I’ll be deleting KidsBowlFree and going back to having to print the coupons again.

* UPDATE: The next day I thought I’d give it one more try and the coupons magically appeared. I went from 1 star to 4 stars. If the coupons load flawlessly all summer, it’ll earn a 5 star for sure.

I’m all about saving paper and KidsBowlFree allows me to do that while also saving money on ink. Super easy to use which is always a plus and saves time too. It would be super cool to have an option to record your scores, like turns and final score.

Have had no problems using the in app coupons to bowl for free. Works great.

Looks like last year that wasn’t an option and likely why there are so many bad reviews.

I am not sure why other people aren’t seeing the coupons but I just downloaded KidsBowlFree and when I clicked at the bottom where it said coupon there it was! Awesome.

They must’ve updated it from the previous comments as I’ve had no issues downloading the coupons.

It’s super easy to just open KidsBowlFree and get the coupon for the kids for the days you go.

The people writing the reviews on here do not understand how the “kids bowl free” program works. KidsBowlFree is great and convenient and the program is really cool!

I immediately logged in and seen all of our info, clicked coupons and viola, all there waiting for me. I am not sure what these other people’s issues are, but it works great!!! 😀

Read the bad reviews before downloading KidsBowlFree, but I decided to try it for myself. Logged in without a problem, and my coupons were right there and ready to use. That's all I needed it to do. Makes it much easier than printing!

App is designed and implemented flawlessly. I am able to access my coupons easily. The previous ratings do not depict KidsBowlFree accurately. Those ppl can’t figure out KidsBowlFree & don’t seem to know how the program works. Unfortunately
, they ding KidsBowlFree rather than open their eyes and realize it’s their own stupidity. It’s not rocket science ppl!
