So how can I use AccuLynxCrew ?
If i could give a star lower than 1 i would. AccuLynxCrew was created with little to no intention of improvements. It’s been the same complaints the over the last 2 years and nothing has changed. AccuLynxCrew is killing my phones battery daily because the photos get stuck in loading mode and there’s no options to stop it or delete the photo that’s loading. It’s only a matter of time before someone creates a software that already addresses concerns being made.
I really need this to manage our crews. I hope it’s fixed soon.
Would be great to commit with crews but it won’t send me the initial activation code.
Since the update this list weekend I now have to wait as long as 13 seconds between shots, big big problem for a guy that takes 2500+ pictures per week, sometimes it’s 1,000 pics in a day, again it’s a big problem, also no lasting banners from notifications left on my locked screens tho they are allowed. Roof leaked all night cause I was notified except a pop up notification.
if you release AccuLynxCrew please work on its improvements. It’s so not user friendly it’s ridiculous. messages in labor thread should be all visible at once not only after opening each of them. uploading pictures has to be easier than it is now. and finally add a search bar for looking for a previous files not only by date but just by PO or name!
We switched from housecall pro to AccuLynxCrew at out company and is is terrible. No jobs cross-reference each other, the is no customer history button. Pretty much all AccuLynxCrew is good for is NOTHING!! It uploads pictures fast. There is way better ones out there that cost much less. Hopefully we will be switching back soon because AccuLynxCrew causes more frustration than anything else.
What in the world is wrong with AccuLynxCrew?? Did they go out of business, did they discontinue service??? Why doesn’t it work????
New update causing app to crash too often
The new update took the option of translating the work order off. This was a big plus for me! Please put it back!

I don’t know if it was an update bit I keep getting an error message for photos, it will ask to try and reload and I get the same message!!i have checked all my settings for photos and for AccuLynx,.. nothings changed, in a foreman I need to upload photos.. PLEASE HELP!!!
This is such a great CRM. I recommend it to any sort of business.

We use Acculynx at Arnold Roofing and Restoration. The mobile crew app is great as it allows us to communicate to our crews seemlesly. We appreciate the constant improvements as well.

The crew app has been so great with assisting in communication with our subcontractors. It keeps them up to date with a current schedule and they have access to any information we share about the project through AccuLynxCrew.
This is a great add-on feature to Acculynx that takes away the need for check ins if your crews use it properly.
Knowing your crew showed up with a notification telling me they checked into the job is awesome. Takes away the guessing game.
I also like getting notifications of uploaded photos and such. Makes my life a bit less stressful on the production side of things.
