Ok so I ordered an OURA Ring the other day. I didn’t know my ring size, so I had to order the sizing kit as well. I tried on multiple ring sizes and found that a size 12 fits best on my middle finger. I stumbled on HerffJonesRightSize today and figured I’d test it out to see if it was accurate or not. Super easy to use, and it showed I was a size 12 on my ring finger. I’m actually really freakin impressed. Oh and it recommends you do it a few times to be sure... but it was spot-on accurate on the first try. To anyone that says they kept getting the wrong size after using HerffJonesRightSize... you my friend... are an idiot 😂

I was going through the process and HerffJonesRightSize gave the instruction to gently place my finger on the screen. At this point I removed all rings and gently placed my finger at the bottom of the screen as instructed and nothing happened. The video stated it would show 2 parallel lines to then narrow it down to the widest part of the screen but nothing popped up. I was stuck on this screen and no matter how many times I lifted and placed my finger nothing happened. I tried to life the phone to trigger the warning that the phone wasn’t level then place it back down and that didn’t work either. Very frustrating that HerffJonesRightSize doesn’t work.

I don’t wear a lot of jewelry but came across this gorgeous ring that I just had to have. Unfortunately, I didn’t remember my finger sizes and was freakin out because the ring was on sale 75% off for 1day only. Thanks to HerffJonesRightSize, I was able to order my ring and the sizing was spot on. Definitely a must have 😊

I know it’s inconvenient, but just go to a jewelry store and get properly sized. I used HerffJonesRightSize and very carefully followed the instructions and got a very consistent 8. My ring came and was way too small, so I went and got sized at a jewelry store, turns out I’m a 10. Just hoping they’ll fix or replace the ring since I spent a stupid amount of money on it and it was their stupid app that messed it up.

Very accurate. I couldn’t remember exactly what my ring size was but once I followed the instructions I was able to confirm. Easy to follow too

I know my ring size.. but you have to wonder if this could be helpful in keeping up to date since your last jewelry purchase, so I downloaded and followed instructions and it’s way way off. It’s a whole 3 1/2 sizes off. This could be helpful but it needs improvements.

I kept getting the same reading and thought it was right but my actual size is 2 sizes bigger than HerffJonesRightSize told me. Definitely would recommend trying other methods and not HerffJonesRightSize.

I went by HerffJonesRightSize because I genuinely had no idea about my ring size and didn't have any other way of measuring it. My ring was too big... and definitely way bigger than i expected it would be

I would give zero stars if I could because the thing makes you download it size your finger then brings you back to the main screen no information given.

HerffJonesRightSize is a complete waste of time. It gives the same result for every finger, and every finger of every member of the family. The result remains the same regardless of which ever finger is placed between the lines.

Tried it many times and still came out completely wrong.
