App doesn’t work at all

I was going through the process and the app gave the instruction to gently place my finger on the screen. At this point I removed all rings and gently placed my finger at the bottom of the screen as instructed and nothing happened. The video stated it would show 2 parallel lines to then narrow it down to the widest part of the screen but nothing popped up. I was stuck on this screen and no matter how many times I lifted and placed my finger nothing happened. I tried to life the phone to trigger the warning that the phone wasn’t level then place it back down and that didn’t work either. Very frustrating that this app doesn’t work.
Horribly Inaccurate - 2 sizes too small

I know it’s inconvenient, but just go to a jewelry store and get properly sized. I used this app and very carefully followed the instructions and got a very consistent 8. My ring came and was way too small, so I went and got sized at a jewelry store, turns out I’m a 10. Just hoping they’ll fix or replace the ring since I spent a stupid amount of money on it and it was their stupid app that messed it up.

I know my ring size.. but you have to wonder if this could be helpful in keeping up to date since your last jewelry purchase, so I downloaded and followed instructions and it’s way way off. It’s a whole 3 1/2 sizes off. This could be helpful but it needs improvements.
