How to fix GOVX app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the GOVX app on iPhone
Update GOVX app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall GOVX iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix GOVX on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve GOVX network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Fix GOVX not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent GOVX app issues:

Force Stop the GOVX App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click GOVX app. » click "Force Stop".

Update GOVX to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear GOVX App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "GOVX app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch GOVX.

Fix GOVX unable to contact server/ GOVX internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click GOVX » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got GOVX » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch GOVX on android.
