Your latest update is completely disappointing and also the support team performance is not as good as before, because they haven't dealt with my problems with crashing the application in ipad 4 since I requested for checking that a month ago. If you had intended not to support the old devices, it would have been way better to inform such users like me!! At least I didn't update the app and was able to use my books. Moreover, you could prevent certain devices from being updated. I am desperately waiting for resolution of the malfunction. Thank you

از يك ماه و نيم پيش در حال پيام دادن به تيم فني شما هستم و فقط پاسخ ميدهند كه در دست اقدام و بررسي هست و زمانبر ميباشد، من خودم از برنامه و كد نويسي اپليكيشن آگاهي دارم و رفع همچين ايرادي نياز به تغيير ساختار بنيادين ندارد و حداقل انتظار داشتم كه اطلاع رساني ميكرديد كه افرادي مثل من فعلا اپليكيشن را به روز رساني نكنند. مشتاقانه منتظر رفع مشكل و پاسخ تيم پشتيباني كتابراه عزيز هستم. با تشكر فراوان از زحمات شما

I downloaded this app and purchased a book, at first it was ok but after a few hours I wasn’t able to enter the app. I tried to contact the developer, but it seems that the „contact us“ section it the site isn’t working!
من نرم افزار رو دانلود کردم و خریدم داشتم. بعد از چند ساعت ولی قادر به وارد شدن به نرم افزار نبودم و مدام ازش خارج میشدم. داخل سایت قسمت تماس با ما هم سعی کردم باهاشون ارتباط برقرار کنم ولی پیامم ارسال نمیشد!
