I have used the service three times and have had a good experience with the service each time. However, the company has scheduled appointments that I didn’t request multiple times. I have canceled those appointments but somehow they reappear. I have told a customer service representative to cancel but that person did not follow through. There is no way to delete your credit card information once you’ve inputted it in the app. I would advise that you stay away.

The pool of cleaners can be very small and very inexperienced. Most have so few reviews it’s not helpful.

The software however is the truly bad part. It’s difficult to use. Buggy and will only let you schedule for two week intervals. I did eventually find a great cleaner but I generally have to schedule with them not using the app and then just use the app to pay. It’s difficult for me and the cleaner. Using a normal payment app would be easier.

Inexperienced cleaners. Did not finish work, left some walls clearly dusty despite saying they would do a light dusting. Was still using dirty black water to clean the floor and had to be asked to change the water. (this was so disgusting!)

I had to engage a different cleaner not from this surface just to fix this mess.
