It appears that your target group is 10 to 15 year old girls, however adult males use the app also. I have been a subscriber of recolor for several years now and I find it almost impossible to find a picture to color. Mandalas are pretty much the only pictures worth my time anymore and they few and far between. I will not renew my subscription if this is what I can expect going forward.

I have contacted you for 5 days in a row because my published pictures suddenly disappear from the Recolor gallery and no one has figured out why. This is absolutely outrageous and I need you to help me asap

Whatever u cant fix a problem with someone who is technologically illiterate.. i cant push the button u want me to cause i cant fucking find it.. you don't care about ur customers cause if u did u would make ur app user friendly and not have so many bad reviews

Images are repeats from past years. Where are the new images for 2021? Mostly repeats.

I keep trying to verify my account so I can color,comment,etc, but your verification code has never come to my email,so I haven’t been able to color and publish for weeks,although I keep on paying!! I’ve been a customer for quite a long time!! Help!!

I accidentally hit the subscription request it popped up to get all the colors and all the pictures unlocked.... i’d like to cancel that and go back to just the free aspect of Recolor I love your app And I will probably reconsider the subscription in the future will I be able toGo back to the free colors and pictures without losing what I’ve already colored

Hello, I’m coming on here today to talk about my accounts on Recolor so my first one got hacked. then my Second one so, and by the way your app is amazing! it’s just that you need have better security of accounts. so I’m waiting for my new account to get verified. but I do not have Gemail because all of my mom’s stuff is on her Gemail. so I didn’t want to mess it up but if you can please just verify my account . if you have time that would be great! Canceled subscription because the terms originally said the portion not used will be refunded. And now that’s it the case? Joke of an app and service.

I recently paid for a week subscription but within that week nothing loaded for me so I didn’t get my money’s worth, now my weeks ended but I did nothing during that week and I’m so mad could you please give me another week since the week I paid for didn't happen. And fix the loading problem. Give me back my week, thank you.

I am a LONG time customer of RE-COLOR coloring book*. I never really understood their email regulations/rules. For Example: It is currently AUGUST and my Verification email Apparently! was sent in MAY. So the link has thus far expired. AND NOWHERE!! On the app does it let you Resend the verification link (and also since I haven’t verified my email, I Cannot COMMENT/LIKE any cool coloring pages NOR Can I FOLLOW any new people!!! FIX This Stupidity! Plz!! (*=I started back when they used to give coin credits each day you logged in and if you got enough credits, you could “purchase” a premium coloring page)

All the pictures I colored have gone blank and it gives me a message Login to to ICloud from IOS which I did But all the pictures I colored are still blank They need to be Recolored

Hi Recolor my old account on recolor has been banned for no reason I don’t know why I have tried logging in several times and it does not work it was very devastating as I put time and effort on that account and it has been banned which is very rude as I went through my posts and comments there was nothing rude harmful harsh or inappropriate content my old user account is Aqsa😇 please could u help me get my account back thanks 😊 in advance recolor
