Fun app. Easy to understand directions. Can be a bit challenging, especially if you're just starting yoga or you're a little rusty like me. Good way to start the day.

I try to do a little session every hour or so throughout my workday, to help me keep stretching and moving. It's fast, it's simple, and the directions are really clear, although a note to those who've never done yoga: You might run into one or two poses you might not be certain how to perform, but the vast majority are really simple and easy for beginners.

I haven't done yoga since early high school. I'm just getting into it again, and this is a great way for me to get back into it and expand my previous knowledge (as limited as it was). The quick session is perfect for fitting into my daily schedule so no excuses anymore!

Working in front of a computer all day at work JustYoga4You is a lifesaver. While I do enjoy yoga at home I know have an easy and fun way to do it at work. It is great for taking a 5 minute break and I even have coworkers at the office doing it with me now. Great app!

I have been looking for a yoga plan for many years. I found that all the apps say they are for beginners but don’t really start you at the very beginning. JustYoga4You really IS for beginners. Finally I can start doing yoga at home. Thank you!!!

There are so many videos on different poses whether it's to help alleviate pain, improve focus, strengthen your core, etc. JustYoga4You has it all! You can be at any skill level and still find poses you can easily do.

I started using JustYoga4You later in life and now regret I waited so long. It is easy to understand and fits perfectly with my lifestyle now. It has helped me strengthen and stretch myself to minimize the problems commonly associated with aging men.

I've been doing the morning sessions with the JustYoga4You and I have to say that I've been enjoying them. I am super inflexible and super beginner but JustYoga4You helps a lot because I can go at my own pace.

This is my first time doing yoga and I feel like it is clear and easy to understand. And slow enough paced at the beginning for me to learn the poses for the more complex stuff that comes later

I feel I'm doing something good for myself and becoming more flexible as I go along. If I struggle with a pose I just do the best I can and am getting better with time, which is what the instructions tell you to do😃

I found JustYoga4You to help with my flexibility. I have started working out and have found that I am really stiff. So far so good. I really like it the little bit that I have used it.

I can't say enough good things about JustYoga4You. It's easy to use, you have a visual to show you exactly what you should be doing. It's really the best yoga program I've have ever used.

I don't always have the time/money to go to yoga classes, JustYoga4You helps me save on both while still getting some stretching in everyday.
