It is great but still has problems

I love the game but every time you go to a different city back and forth like when your at a trillion dollars if you keep changing cities it will change your amount to hh dollars and gets your level bar stuck where it is and it will be impossible to level up. Also when I purchased the starter pack, when I came back on the game it reseted and my purchase was gone. If your thinking about a purchase DONT DO IT UNTIL THE GAME IS FIXED IT COULD RESET PROGRESS AND LOSES PURCHASE ONCE COMPLETED, IT WILL ALSO TAKE AWAY THE MONEY YOU SPENT ON THE GAME. Please fix this issue with the cash automatically being hh dollars when not reached yet. It happened twice the first time I got so far and the progress was gone. You also got to fix iCloud since it won’t work and doesn’t get my progress back. Every time it takes me to hh dollars when I haven’t reached it yet I have to reset the game. I love the game but something like this happening is too much. I ain’t playing it until the game doesn’t automatically take me to certain cash by itself, get the level stuck, doesn’t reset by itself, or anything like that it is just frustrating. I won’t play this game until the game is fixed (even my problems with the game)

There is potential here, but it is also a cash grab

I’m giving this three stars because this game is somewhat addicting. I’ve played for hours and within days I’ve gotten to near “the end.” But they’ve made it almost impossible for you to get to the last part considering how every 20 levels if you don’t move to another place you progress so slowly you would need to have it on background for hours to even progress maybe 1 level. I like the idea, and the simplicity of the game, but the ads are overwhelming and the fact that power ups require ads, and that’s a key factor to progressing in the game, is annoying. So, please make it easier to get to the last part, and stop with ads almost every time I do something and this would be good.

Great Game! But...

It’s a great game. I enjoyed playing it when I got it. Everything was fine until I got to Belgium I believe. I can’t go any further because I have to be Level 250. I’ve been playing for 3 weeks now and have gone from Level 200 to Level 219. I really enjoy playing it, but have begun to lose interest in waiting to level up just to play more of the game. I’ll continue to play it in the hopes that I get to Level 250, but I don’t want to have to wait another 3 weeks to go up 10 or 20 levels and still not be able to unlock the rest.

If there’s a reason as to why myself or others have to wait till Level 250, I’d like to know so that I can be a bit more understanding of this. Please let me know and thank you for making a good game!

Great concept but things ain’t making sense..

The game is very appealing to me as someone born and raised in Brooklyn. I don’t live there now but I miss the subway. That said, I wanna keep expanding the subway in this game but am meant to rely on these golden metros for money? From the beginning, I get $0 per stop and I don’t see how I’m supposed to actually get fares out of the stops. I bought a 2nd track and even gold prestiged the first track and none of that changed the price per stop. Which brings me to the second issue. There’s a mission that says to gold prestige a line which I did and that isn’t showing up as complete. And the third issue is, I’m level 3 and it says I have to be level 1 to go to the next city.
I want to keep playing this game but, what is it I’m missing ?

Needs Rebalancing—Can’t Move On

This game would be a lot of fun if not for two things:

1) WAY too many ads, and the ads are incredibly intrusive and really mess with the gaming experience.

2) Most Importantly, it’s IMPOSSIBLE to advance in the game. It’s incredibly easy to finish a city, but then NOTHING happens because you need to level up MANY more times before it moves to the next city. Ex) I defeated Paris on the very first level it was available (level 40) because I had so much money built up from the previous city. Now in order to move on to the next city I will have to wait until level 60 which I can promise will be an eternity as the game stops advancing when there’s nothing left to do. Even if I went in for a few minutes everyday to do nothing but watch my subways it would still take MONTHS before I could play the next round.

The worst part is that it would actually be a fun game if the developers actually allowed you to play. As it is right now don’t waste your time getting this game. You’ll hit an immediate wall and you’ll delete just like I’m doing now.

Decent game

This game is by no means perfect, but if you have hours to spend, this game is an interesting, yet repetitive game to spend time on.

For a user that would decline to watch ads (except for the mandatory ones) and play less frequently, this game might take a long time (months). For users who have no problems watching ads (like me), it will take about 6 hours. However, you will watch over 180 ads (realistically around 360).

I don’t want to paint a grim picture though. The graphics are very simplistic and pretty. Even though you do basically repeat every time you take a city, there still are minor strategies you can take to improve. But overall, I would say this game’s goal is for you to play on your idle time.

I would say I finished the game, but it seems like at the end there is a soft-block: after a certain point levels become exponentially slower. So, at the time of writing I doubt you can truly “finish” the game without idling for days on background (devs correct me if I’m wrong)

I think you did a Good job

Guys I have to be honest there is just I few things I want to saw
1. This game is really fun and I really enjoy playing
2. One bad thing is how laggy it is and it takes to long to level up like I spent like 4 hours in London and still haven’t got past it yet and I even have all of my tracks full gold prestige.
3. Sorry about the big bad rating but it is really addicting and fun and I hope other people enjoy this game as much as I do

Ads are just too much

Game has potential but I don’t want to pay for Ad removal until I’m sure the game has just more than ‘potential’. Inundating people with Ads for every multiplier and upgrade is obnoxious. It really gives the impression of a cash grab and I’m not opening my wallet to pay for Ad removal to find out that the Ads were the only thing from preventing me from finishing the game in an hour which makes it a waste of money. This game should not offer a subscription. It doesn’t warrant it. Clearly you are targeting children or people who can’t understand or read the fine print which makes this even more of a cash grab. Too bad. Game has potential and I deleted it anyway. Can’t get past the greed.

Solid Repetitive Game

Enjoyed playing the game but quickly learned moving from City to City required no different strategy or patience than the last one. Also disappointed that I reached the end so quickly. It would seem based on game play that adding levels would not require that much work-but then again what do I know.

For all of us that complained about the ads- we are getting to play for free and the developers deserved to be compensated. Our price for the game is dealing with the adds.

Glad I downloaded the game- wish a I found the game a year from now so it would last a little longer and I didn’t have to wait for upgrades.

Good concept, horrible pop-ups

I honestly like the way this game is played. The concept is nice, the art is simple but pleasing to the eyes, and it's fairly easy to progress. However (and it's a big however) the random ads you get if you decline the other ads (except for the mandatory ones) is pretty infuriating after a while, especially when they show up just before you're about to watch a mandatory one. I uninstall games quite quickly if I have a problem with their ads, and this, unfortunately, will not be a new game I will be keeping.

OMG ADS

This game isn’t a bad game for the most part. I like the concept and it’s fun to play to pass time. Especially with quarantine. But... every 5 seconds if I don’t have my phone in Airplane mode, I get spammed with ads that pop up on my screen. I understand the developers have to make money, but this is insane. I also understand that watching an ad to speed up a process is fine but I don’t even engage with anything it just appears and redirects me to SubwayIdle Store. Never seen an app so ad heavy and words can’t describe how frustrating it is. So much so that I have uninstalled SubwayIdle . Fix this and I would more than likely play it again.

Cash grab

This isn’t a game that warrants a subscription. It cost roughly $9.99 a WEEK. Roughly $40 a month. $480 a year. Just to remove ads and multiply the currency by a few factors.

In regards to gameplay, it’s simple. Not much thinking required and not too much complicated designs. Don’t get me wrong. I love idle games. It gives me a sense of completion when I see what I have built up over time. But there isn’t anything special or technically challenging about SubwayIdle. Plus the way it’s designed is not that impressive in this day and age. Ten years ago when apps first came out? Hell yes. Now? Not so much when even beginning CS students could create an app that looks halfway decent to this.

But that subscription. Three day free trial only? WEEKLY charge? Come on.

Way to many adds

Ok overall the game is great like it’s super fun, but we’ll the amount of adds is insane, like I was playing and a add started out of no where while I had my phone on the table while I was getting water then when it was done 10 seconds later literally 10ish sec later another one went on then I upgrade a track then another add it’s like you can hardly play the game.

There is a thing that is called premium and it says no adds along with other things for in game boosts but I think they are trying to get money from us to get premium to get adds out!

By all means play bc it’s a fun game but only if your fine with adds every 10 seconds or are willing to get premium.

Adding from another review it said it could get your name a email address and info in
there private policy thing so yeah I would probably not play it but if you are fine with that play it.

Also if the developer reads this please make the adds 50 times less common and make sure you don’t get info on us 😠!!!

Is this considered a glitch? Or-

Okay, so I’ve never really written a review before, but I need to ask, I finished the 2nd subway, or in other words, the one that you have to be level 20 to get to, and I beat it early you could say, so now I’m on level 30, just waiting to get to level 40, which will be in like 10 days, and I suppose that’s a glitch, or I guess “Error” and I mean, I don’t really want to just wait 10 days, but it’s a awesome game, probably one of the best I’ve played. That’s all I need to say😌🍉

Wonderful

Reviewed too early. Got the rid of ads thing and it didn’t update until I closed and opened SubwayIdle . Majority of ads other than profit multiplier (understandably) is gone. I reviewed earlier and only gave it 3 stars cause I thought it was money grabbing but I was wrong. Apologies for the misinforming review. Didn’t realize resetting SubwayIdle fixed it.

The game is good :/

So everything am playing and got to level 111, I pressed every ad so I can level up to get to the golden star to level the train tracks, BUT every time I want to level the other tracks I PRESS THE ADS AND it doesn’t allow me to see MORE ADS to upgrade my tracks. And I wasted all the gems so I can level them up but when I try it again to level up the tracks for free the ad never WORKS this is why I got mad cuz I didn’t want to delete it.

Glitch

So I when I open the game for like 5 seconds, the music stops and I un able to interact with anything, I opened SubwayIdle again to see if that would fix it, but no it happened again. Please fix this, I wanna play the game, I liked it. Also, the glitch only starts once the AD at the bottom pops up. Update: ok so now the glitch is kinda fixed? So I can interact with stuff, now but I just can’t see the price of the upgrades at the bottom. Just annoying, that’s all.

Decent game annoying membership

The game was good not great when I could play it but when I open SubwayIdle a screen asking me to subscribe to their membership pops up. My screen is broken and I can not clinch in the left corner which is where the x to close the ad is. I know this isn’t the game’s fault but the game isn’t anything special and it would be somewhat annoying to be asked to join a membership every time I open SubwayIdle even if I could close it.

Good Game, But.....

The Game Is Fun To Play, But There Is A Glitch I Have. Sometimes When I Tap The “1” Icon, It Brings Up A Message That Says “FATAL ERROR in action number 1 of Draw Event for object oController: unable to add undefined to a string. called from - gml_Object_oController_-Draw_64 (line 3111)”. When I Press Ok, SubwayIdle Crashes, Which Means That I Am Not Able To Continue My Progress. It Doesn’t Happen On My iPad But It Still Happens On My Phone Despite The New Bug Fix Update You Made. Please Try To Find A Way To Fix This Pesky Bug!
