I used to use this app and didn’t mind an ad or two here and there. Until their update it was pretty good. Then they added different workouts but only for money. All of them, which you can find online for free. Plus, every time I went in the app two or more ads would play and I couldn’t click out of them. I tried closing the app and it kept happening. Halfway through my workout I couldn’t even use the app because of the amount of ads. Wouldn’t recommend this and have honestly found different apps that aren’t annoying like this one. Don’t waste your money on this app and honestly I wouldn’t even use it.

This was a great app to begin getting moving again. I probably would have paid for the upgrade if I didn’t feel like I was getting tricked into it. It lets you set everything up for the intermediate, then when you click on day one (ready to work out) it brings you to a pay page. Not cool. Just tell me up front, not on the spot. Also no ability to switch out exercises in their workout plan again makes this app a great start but not my forever app. 2 stars for the trickery. Otherwise I would have given it 3.

The workouts are good, however even after taking my money for the year I’m still showing to be on the free version with all the commercials and limited access. I can’t look or try any other program without have to pay another annual fee...I will use this until I get to my year then will not let the app take another year fee.
