Since November 12, 2022 thru May 12, 2033, I have been charged $27.81 a month without me even knowing. I don't even use this app. This was a mistake. I would like a refund for this before I take legal action.

I tried canceling with 30 day trial period and the number associated with the filmigo app is not user friendly or hangs up and also says to contact by email to cancel subscription. Done that two times without any response and now I have 3 months worth of charges that I want credited bc I have been calling since December 2020. Was very disappointed in the performance of this app

They are promoting a new VIP package and the pop-up ad for it is stuck trying to load instead of allowing me to export my video. So inconvenient, especially when I’m paying for this app!
Update: this app gives me too much trouble. I muted a clip that keeps downloading with the audio. This is ridiculous, especially for a paid app. Nobody responds to these complaints/reports.

I agree to pay $30 a year for pro. Now somehow it’s $45 a year. I’ve been using the pro functions for a month. Now all the sudden it’s $25 a month to get rid of the water mark and export in HD and use pro music? Are you kidding me?? that’s not what I agreed to, they can’t just change it on you like that, it’s a scam. I’m calling Apple for a full refund. The app also quits and doesn’t work, go elsewhere!
